Alistair Davis

Alistair Davis is an Area Director at Black & White Engineering, with responsibility for overseeing operations across the UAE and the wider Middle East region. A Chartered Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the building services industry, Alistair has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, technically robust solutions across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on data centres and technology infrastructure.

Alistair’s career in the Middle East began in 2007, and over the past decade he has played a key role in the growth of Black & White’s technology sector capability in the region. He has been instrumental in building and leading specialist teams focused on the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure, supporting clients in one of the world’s fastest-growing digital markets. His experience spans the full lifecycle of projects, from early-stage due diligence and test fits through to detailed design, construction, handover and soft landings.

Throughout his career, Alistair has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, laboratories and research facilities, leisure, residential, retail, and data centres. This breadth of experience gives him a well-rounded perspective on engineering challenges, enabling him to apply best practice across different environments and deliver solutions that are both practical and high performing.
