Adam Asquith

Adam is a Global Engineering Team Lead at Black & White Engineering, based in the company’s Dubai office. With over 17 years of industry experience, Adam plays a key role in leading mechanical engineering delivery across the business, supporting the successful execution of complex, mission-critical projects worldwide.

Originally from the UK, Adam has built a diverse international career spanning consulting, contracting and client-side roles across the UK, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. His global exposure allows him to adapt solutions to different markets while maintaining consistency in quality and performance. Alongside his leadership responsibilities, Adam remains involved in project delivery by offering technical oversight, providing purposeful direction, and guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality, forward-looking solutions.

Working closely with clients and leadership, Adam ensures our company’s technical solutions are aligned with business needs and identifies strategic opportunities that enhance our offering, creating value for client’s and stakeholders alike. This breadth of experience gives him a well-rounded perspective on project delivery, enabling him to balance technical excellence with commercial and operational considerations.

In his global role, Adam is responsible for establishing and implementing engineering frameworks and products, elevating technical capability and driving delivery consistency across the business. His role sees him work with project delivery teams across all regions providing technical oversight, contributing to Black & White’s “One Global Team” approach, helping to ensure that knowledge, best practice and innovation are shared and scaled effectively throughout the organisation.

Known for his collaborative and hands-on approach, Adam continues to play a key role in strengthening Black & White’s global engineering capability, supporting the delivery of high-performance, resilient infrastructure in an increasingly digital world.
