Javanna Javadova is Global Bid Manager at Black & White Engineering, responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end bid process across the business. Since joining the company in 2020, she has played a key role in strengthening bid capability and supporting the company’s continued growth through high-quality, strategic submissions.
Javanna is responsible for assembling and leading bid teams, bringing together the right technical and commercial expertise to develop compelling, client-focused proposals. She manages opportunities from initial qualification through to contract award, ensuring a structured, efficient and well-coordinated approach at every stage. Her role also includes the development and implementation of proposal processes and best practices, helping to drive consistency and continuous improvement across the organisation.
With a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Buckingham’s International Business School, Javanna brings a strong commercial and strategic perspective to her role. Her career spans experience in both government and Fortune 500 organisations, providing her with a broad understanding of different markets, procurement processes and client expectations.
Javanna is known for her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, developed through working across diverse cultures and international environments. As a multilingual professional, she brings additional value to the business, supporting engagement with clients and stakeholders across global markets.
Her approach is characterised by flexibility, initiative and a focus on innovation, enabling her to respond effectively to complex and fast-paced bidding environments. She works closely with teams across the business to ensure that proposals are clear, compelling and aligned with client needs, reflecting Black & White’s commitment to quality and delivery excellence.
Through her leadership, Javanna continues to enhance Black & White’s global bid function, supporting the company’s ability to secure new opportunities and build strong, lasting client relationships.
