Rob Forsyth is Director of Design Management at Black & White Engineering, based in the London office. With a career spanning over 30 years, Rob brings extensive international experience supporting multinational clients across a range of sectors, including technology, life sciences and financial services.

A significant part of Rob’s career has been spent embedded within client organisations, giving him a unique perspective on project delivery from the client side. This experience enables him to fully understand client priorities, operational challenges and decision-making processes—insight that he applies to drive effective design management and successful project outcomes.

Rob has been involved in data centre projects throughout his career, providing continuity of experience in mission-critical environments alongside his broader sector exposure. His ability to bridge technical delivery with client expectations allows him to support complex projects with clarity, alignment and a strong focus on outcomes.
