Timm Weiss

Timm Weiss is Country Manager for Germany at Black & White Engineering, leading the company’s expansion across the German market and the wider DACH region. With a strong background in data centre engineering and nearly a decade of experience in project and senior management roles, Timm brings a focused, technically driven approach to supporting clients in one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital infrastructure markets.

A qualified Engineer for Energy Systems (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) with a specialism in technical building services, Timm has built his career around the design and delivery of mission-critical facilities. Prior to joining Black & White, he led a data centre unit within a mid-sized German MEP design consultancy, where he was responsible for developing teams, managing complex projects and strengthening client relationships across the sector.

Timm’s experience has been focused on data centres, working extensively with colocation providers and large-scale enterprise clients. He has delivered a range of technically advanced projects, including high-performance computing (HPC) facilities and solutions incorporating heat reuse, reflecting a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability. Among his most formative work are projects delivered across the DACH region, where he gained valuable experience in delivering high-quality infrastructure at scale.

In his role at Black & White, Timm is responsible for establishing and growing the company’s presence in Germany, building a strong local team and ensuring the delivery of technically advanced, client-focused solutions. He is focused on aligning regional growth with Black & White’s global standards, embedding the company’s “One Global Team” approach while responding to the specific needs of the German market.

With a clear focus on growth, team development and delivery excellence, Timm is playing a key role in strengthening Black & White’s position in Germany, helping to build a resilient, future-ready platform for continued expansion across the region.
