Shape high impact projects

You will take ownership of the mechanical scope across large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects. You’ll influence design decisions from concept through commissioning, ensuring high performance, resilience, and compliance.

Technical leadership & innovation

You’ll be the go to expert for mechanical design, developing systems such as HVAC, chilled water, CRAC units and fire protection, while helping drive continuous improvement and standardisation across engineering processes.

Essential Skills

  • Strong experience in mechanical building services design—ideally within mission critical environments such as data centres, healthcare, or high tech manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and energy modelling principles.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, IES VE, and CFD simulation software.
  • Proven leadership across complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or actively working towards it) with a recognised institution (e.g., CIBSE, IMechE).
