Introducing our Global Academy
Established in 2022 to support our rapid growth, the Global Academy ensures that technical excellence and capability continue to scale across our business. From graduate engineers to senior leaders, we provide accessible, high-impact engineering training and learning for everyone, blending global programmes with local delivery, digital tools with in-person connection.
Our learning is built on the KASH framework, developing the Knowledge, Attitudes, Skills and Habits that drive long-term performance. It’s a practical, human approach that bridges theory and real-world application, tailored to every learning style.

Meet our Global Academy Team
The Global Academy is led by Caff Allen, Global Director of Learning & Development. Caff is a learning designer, facilitator and coach with over 30 years of experience in leadership development and organisational change. Alongside her, Adam Holdsworth, Learning & Development Partner and Halle Sword Learning & Development Graduate complete the team.
Together, they bring a hands-on approach to making learning accessible, relevant and impactful for every colleague, in every region.
It’s all about the KASH
The KASH framework shapes everything we design and deliver across learning within the Global Academy. A balanced approach developing not just knowledge and skills, but also the attitudes and habits that sustain performance over time.
We build deep technical knowledge and engineering training through structured programmes, expert-led sessions and our growing internal Knowledge Share library featuring over 70 technical videos created by our own subject matter experts.
We cultivate a growth mindset across the business, encouraging curiosity, openness to feedback and the confidence to tackle complex challenges. Learning is everyone’s responsibility here.
