Our learning programmes don’t just develop individuals, they bring our global community closer together. Through a variety of formats designed to engineer development and connect our colleagues across every region, learning at Black & White is a shared and inclusive experience.
Global Learning Weeks
Every two months, we run Global Learning Weeks as part of our wider engineer development and learning programme. A series of virtual training sessions across multiple time zones, covering up to seven topics. These are designed to be accessible for all our colleagues, regardless of location and offer a chance to step back from day-to-day work and focus on learning together. Fast, focused and always relevant, these are one of our most valued learning formats across the business.
Learning Residencies
Alongside our virtual offer, our in-person learning residencies bring our teams together in their local offices. We engineer learning and development experiences that are hands-on, collaborative and tailored to regional needs, delivered in a way that works for every team, including support for colleagues where English is a second language.
