Pre-Management Essentials (PME)
For our colleagues preparing to step into their first management role, PME is a seven-month rolling programme that builds the foundations of effective leadership. It covers leading self, managing relationships and the mindsets that make great managers delivered in a cohort format that creates lasting peer connections across the business.
Management Development Programme Level 1 (MDP1)
MDP1 is a six-month structured programme for first and early-stage managers. It develops the practical skills and personal confidence needed to lead teams effectively from having great conversations and managing performance, to building a high-trust team culture.
Management Development Programme Level 2 (MDP2)
For more experienced leaders, MDP2 is a year-long programme that deepens leadership capability and focuses on leading at a strategic level. It challenges leaders to think beyond their immediate team, to shape culture, drive performance and contribute to the broader direction of the business.
