Engineering conferences
Our engineering conferences bring together colleagues from across our global teams to focus on technical excellence, continuous improvement and process development. These sessions create space to share research, explore new ideas and collaborate on real challenges with outputs shared widely across the business to multiply their impact.
Knowledge Share Library
Our growing internal Knowledge Share video platform is a core part of our technical engineer training, featuring recordings created by our own subject matter experts. Colleagues sharing knowledge with colleagues. It’s a living resource that lets our teams learn from one another in a way that’s directly relevant to their work.
Global CPD programme
All employees have access to our global Continuing Professional Development programme, delivered in partnership with a range of leading external providers. Wherever our people are based, they have the same access to high-quality, expert-led learning on key industry topics.
