Essential skills
- Degree or equivalent qualification in ICT, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong background in ICT network design, including structured cabling (backbone and horizontal), networks and firewalls
- Experience designing and integrating systems such as WiFi, DCIM, Access Control (ACS), Intrusion Detection (IDS) and Video Surveillance (VSS)
- Proven experience delivering technical design to RIBA Stage 4, including detailed specifications
- Ability to prepare clear demarcation documents covering scope, OFCI and system interfaces
- Strong understanding of system convergence and integration with mechanical, electrical, BMS and client IT networks
