Essential Skills / Experience
- MEP BIM delivery on design and construction projects
- Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and/or Solibri
- BIM Execution Plans and COBie
- Common Data Environments such as ProjectWise, Autodesk Docs or similar
- Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills
