Based in our Manchester office — the most rapidly growing Black & White Engineering office in Europe — this is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where your data centre experience allows you to integrate quickly, add value from day one, and help write the next chapter of our continued success.

Applying your sector experience to quickly establish credibility with clients, guide technical decision making, and strengthen delivery across complex, mission critical environments.

Mentoring and developing engineers and future leaders, creating clear pathways for growth and supporting a culture of learning and progression.

Technical excellence

Setting standards, championing best practice, and ensuring high quality mechanical and/or electrical design delivery across programmes.

Client confidence

Building trusted, long term relationships through insight, reliability, and a deep understanding of client drivers and expectations.

Sustainable growth

Contributing to the continued success of the London office and the wider business by balancing technical leadership with commercial awareness.
