Engineering graduate jobs and apprenticeships don’t often come with real responsibility from day one. At Black & White, you’ll be working on complex, mission-critical projects for global clients, backed by mentors who are genuinely invested in your growth. From your first day, you’re a working as part of our ‘one global team’. You’ll contribute to projects that shape digital infrastructure around the world, supported by people who’ve walked the same path and want to help you go further.

At Black & White, international experience is built into our programme. Our graduates and apprentices can join our Global Design Hub in Manila for a 3–4 week assignment: working hands-on on complex projects, and building relationships with colleagues who will be part of your network for life.
Early career pathways
A structured two-year graduate pathway that puts you on real client projects from day one. You’ll have both a line manager and a dedicated mentor, regular one-to-one skills reviews, and access to senior leaders who share honest, practical advice from their own experience. Graduates in front-office roles can also join short-term assignments at our global design hub in the Philippines, building international experience alongside your technical development. Applications are open all year round, across our global locations.
Search early career roles
Our apprenticeship programme lets you earn a salary while working towards a recognised engineering qualification. You won’t have to choose between real experience and academic learning you get both, fully integrated, at the same time.
You’ll be working on live projects, building hands-on skills with senior engineers and able to align your university modules with the tasks you’re tackling in the office.
Our internships are a stepping stone into the industry designed for students who want meaningful experience, not just work experience. You’ll be assigned to a real project, with a leadership team and specialist support around you and a clear structure to make the most of your time with us.
Strong interns become our graduates. We actively support that pipeline, and many of our current team started exactly this way.
