Reporting to the BIM Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines technical precision with the ability to guide and support a team under real project pressure.

You will lead the implementation of BIM standards, protocols and workflows across live projects. From clash detection to model validation and quality control, your technical decisions will directly shape what gets delivered to the client. Essential Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • High-level proficiency in Revit MEPF and Navisworks, with extensive experience across BIM levels of detail from LOD 200 to LOD 500.
  • Proven experience in model validation, clash detection and quality control processes.
  • Hands-on experience working in ACC or BIM 360 environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with RIBA Plan of Work stages is an advantage.
