Operational & Delivery Insight

From inspections and witnessing to reviewing O&M manuals and contractor submissions, you’ll develop a holistic understanding of project delivery, enhancing your operational expertise and strengthening your professional toolkit.

Essential Skills

• Strong background in BMS design with the ability to lead the full controls design process and justify chosen technical solutions.
• Experience with system integration, including Access, Security, Fire, and Client IT networks.
• Solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Services systems.
• Practical knowledge of design standards, certifications, and their application throughout project delivery.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working as a BMS consultant (ideal but not essential).
