Senior BIM Specialist – Manila

As a Senior BIM Specialist at Black & White Engineering, you’ll take technical ownership of complex, multi-discipline models for critical buildings and infrastructure projects while setting the standard for quality, coordination and compliance across a global team.

You’ll sit at the bridge between BIM Specialists and the BIM Team Lead. You will be guiding junior team members, leading clash coordination and taking ownership of model quality from start to finish. This is a role where your technical judgement shapes the output of the wider team.

You’ll work on projects with exposure to US, UK, Middle East and Asia Pacific standards, producing coordinated BIM models across disciplines for some of the most technically demanding critical buildings and infrastructure projects we deliver.

Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud puts you at the centre of how we deliver. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop BIM automation workflows using Dynamo, contributing to how the wider team works as well as how you do.

As a Senior BIM Specialists at Black & White you will play an active role in developing junior colleagues, supporting BIM Specialists and Trainees through best practice, quality assurance and the standards that define how we work. Essential skills

• 5–8+ years of BIM experience in MEPF, with a proven track record delivering coordinated models for design and construction projects
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Autodesk Forma
• Solid understanding of LOD 100–500, ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) requirements
• Experience performing clash detection, model coordination and QA/QC reviews
• Ability to create advanced parametric families and support BIM automation using Dynamo
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or a related field
